How does Licensing work?
We charge you per Exchange 365 Licensed mailbox. This means shared mailboxes and Email Aliases are protected free. An easy way to put this is “Per Licences User or Mailbox”
Every month we check how many Licenses you have subscribed to and how many we are protecting and we will adjust quantities and billing accordingly.
For monthly billing and subscription, it will be reflected on your next invoice.
However for any Annual commitments then there will be no reimbursement.
Will I need Global Admin Credentials to deploy ESG?
The setting up of our EmailProtection Gateway requires configuration of your Microsfot 365 Tenancy.
The configuration involves setting up connectors, Azure app registrations and email flow rules.
Therefore yes you will need glbal admin credentials for Microsoft 365 to setup Email Security in Exchange.
Will I need to change my MX Records?
Yes.
MX records in DNS will need to be changed so that emails flow to the ESG first and then relay into Microsoft 365 Tenancy. Our onboarding engineers will guide you through this at the installation stage.
Where is the Email Security systems hosted?
Our Email security systems are hosted in UK Datacentres in London and Manchester. They are ISO:27001 certified and management is always audit logged for compliance and security measures. Broadband9 LTD are Cyber Essentials Certified too.
How long will Setup and Installation Take?
Our Engineers usually book in an hour to guide you through the setup if you wish to do it yourself. Some clients prefer to pass the credentials securely to us and we perform the nessecary changes.
Do you Charge VAT?
We charge VAT in the UK @ 20% , the pricing above in the table are ex-vat prices.
Can I change my subscription or cancel anytime?
We believe in flexibility and yes, our portal powered by Stripe will allow you to change your subscription and move between our two products (EP and EP+)
We ask for 1 months notice for any cancellations so that we can help you prepare for the removal of the software
How much control do we get?
When we setup your Office 365 tenancy then we will create a “Domain Admin” which will be secured with TFA and the IT Manager will have access to this. We can also create more accounts for other managment but it will have to go through the IT Manager with the Owner of the Business.
The solution we are offering here is a “Managed” email security solution, which means our eSoc (email Security Operations Centre) inspects the malicious emails and reviews the emails that are requested to be released.
